The links on this page bring you to an online application management system called MyGrants. This system allows you to submit and manage applications and interim or final reports. It allows applications for funding from sources such as College Faculty Awards for Excellence, CTL grants, and discipline workshops.

How do I use this application?

The online grants management site is for system faculty and staff to create, edit, and submit proposals. Applicants can also track the ststus of their application(s).

Faculty log into this site using their existing tech ID and password. (The site allows faculty to look up their ID if necessary.) The site links directly to the faculty database, so only faculty members can log in. Staff members can create an account from the login page.

Manage Proposals
After you log in, users will be at a MyGrants management page.  From this page, thay can submit a proposal; view the status of their proposals; see a history of changes to their proposals and reports; and edit, print, save, or e-mail proposals and reports.

Edit and Check Status of Proposals
Log into MyGrants using your tech ID and password.  From here, you can see all of your proposals in progress or completed.  Any proposals that have not been submitted can be edited by clicking on the appropriate link.
